First Ave Farm Stand is a tiny, ever-changing roadside stand in Cowichan Station, filled with whatever our little property is producing, growing or inspiring us to make. Think fresh eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables, small-batch elderberry elixirs, flowers, herbs, local stones, handmade treasures and the occasional oddity we couldn’t resist.

We grow what we can, make use of abundance instead of wasting it, keep our prices neighbourly and let the seasons decide what comes next.

Basically, if the hens laid it, the garden grew it, the trees dropped it or we got overly excited and made something out of it—you may find it at the stand.
